Ahh, that feeling when you can take off your boots and relax.
I crested item level 615 last night, which means I'm now "tough enough" to achieve all of my short-term goals. Admittedly, this doesn't amount to much more than "do MC so I can get the core hound mount," but it'll do. Being where I need to be means the pressure is off and I can get it done as soon as I have six hours to string together.
(Six hours? Well, I hear queue times are about three hours, and it takes about three hours to complete with the average LFR...)
It's nice not to feel like I have to play. Although, hilariously, the last five points I needed came from my followers, so really I didn't need to be playing all along. :D I've been itching to get my paladin up to level for reasons which are honestly somewhat unclear to me, and there's the monk and rogue and I need/want to level my baby panda priest...and in between I can send my guys on missions. Sounds ideal.
I do need to audit my followers. I have too many of some abilities and too few of others. I'm striving to have two of each ability among my detachment so I can send them on any mission that presents itself. As it is, I just don't have enough of the more common counters to cover the spread.
I like Warlords. I like its nuances, its feeling, its non-grindiness. The story after Shadowmoon didn't really grab my interest, but it's enough. I love Khadgar as a character. He's such a suave dork. He's essentially everything I aspire to be. XD
Still having fun, and I'm glad that now I can have it on my own terms. ;)
