I've been rolling my monk for quite a while now, without taking a second look at my paladin. And the monk is cool, no doubt about that.
Nonetheless, I think I'm about to go back to my paladin. I can't put my finger on why -- it's probably the same reasons why I haven't been able to move away from paladins, even back in vanilla when they were literally the least-interesting class to play.
It's the lore, it's the aesthetic. Monk comes close to grabbing my attention, but in the end, I'm a paladin at heart.
